  • Things I used to think were my crack foods no longer have any control. Things like peanut butter, primarily, and pasta (I swear, I ate pasta at EVERY meal), I could have probably consumed a whole gallon of milk a day -- I'm pretty much "meh" with these days. Things I thought I just COULD NOT live without, I can pass up now…
  • I'm 26, with twin 8yo girls! :) Feel free to add me -- or anyone else that wants to add me! :) I'm always looking for people to chat with! I love reading my news feed -- although I don't comment on EVERYTHING, usually just actual status updates opposed to workouts, journals, and whatnot. :) ps. Tiffany, btw. I always…
  • Feel free to add me! :) ps. Link is my lover. I love your ticker. :P
  • I also thought this thread was going to go somewhere.
  • I didn't, until I saw your comment and now it's just creeeepy.
  • Feel free to friend me! I started with a little over a 100 pounds to lose. Lost a little myself and started MFP at 210! I'm currently 179 and getting under 200 was one of my greatest accomplishment moments! It feels amazing, and you'll have that day soon! I still ser myself most days as the girl that was over 200.. even at…
  • Feel free to add me! That goes for anyone! :) My heaviest was 241, started MFP at 210, and am currently 179! I just started training for my first half marathon, the Cincinnati flying pig! That's my goals in a nutshell. :)
  • I'm here if you need me! I started at 218 with MFP, and I'm currently down to 184. I think we have similar goals, and starting points so I'm here for any encouraging or accountability you may need! Even if it's a daily message. :P ps. That pretty much goes for any one else that wants to add me! :) I'm super friendly, and…
  • tomandchee.com , btw. :)
  • I love a grilled cheese with pretty much anything. Particularly Swiss on sourdough with grilled mushrooms and onions. Mmm. The husband uses mayonnaise on the outside of the bread, instead of the butter that I use. I've never understood this and think its gross. You should check out a restuarunt we have around the…
  • so I'll be the reason he mimics that guy: after seeing me for the first time in years and once more after the steamy session that follows.
  • boo. I'll get my gif to work and try again. :P
  • just replying so I can try this out, my absolute favorite dish is chicken alfredo. I tried that walden's no calorie Alfredo once. EWWWW. I also tried the no calorie peanut butter. Another big eww. This sounds amazing! :)
  • I could probably eat my weight in watermelon. 1 cup is 42 calories (according to various places) and delicious. Measure it out more accurately, maybe you'll find you really didn't eat 7 cups of it for lunch.. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry. Its good for you. It wasn't a horribly tiny piece of cheesecake. Which I could also…
  • ^^ this! Get a c25k app for your phone. I turn on the app, turn on pandora, and run away. I'm only on week 4, but I think it's great. Plus, whether it's a 15 min mile, or a 6 min mile, it's still a mile. :)
  • I haven't tried the jumpstart to skinny plan, but did pick up his skinny rules book because it seemed to be geared towards more long term weight loss and maintenance. I enjoyed reading it, and at times felt some of his statements were superficial and vane, but the rules are something to live by -- mostly common sense, some…
  • I'm not a night snacker. I'm not really a snacker, unless i'm in the kitchen rumbling around, being bored. I work at 6 am, so I'm usually asleep by 9. I eat about 200 calls for breakfast -- which is a banana and peanut butter or something grab and go during my work week. I eat it before my work day starts. I eat lunch…
  • I've never been "skinny".. I met my husband at 13 and was a chunky teen. We were together almost a year, he moved and long distance just did not work with us. So we remained friends. At 18, we met back up and have been together ever since. I was 200 at 18, gained to 250 but lost down to 205 for our June '12 wedding. I have…
  • We have two 7 year olds that my grandmother watches. My husband and I work the same schedule, and one or the other gets the kids immediately after work. (2pm) we head home, start dinner and eat by 5. We have our gym bag ready to go, and usually get to the gym around 6. They have a kids fit area, so our girls play while we…
  • White Collar and Supernatural! I think neither were named yet - and lots of good suggestions already! Those are the only two I can think of that's unique.
  • I'm just commenting so I remember to check this out when I get to a computer!!
  • Congrats!!
  • As a PS. I spend roughly 100 bucks a week on groceries for 2 adults, 2 7 year olds. 3 meals, and a snack box. I swear my kids could eat us out of house and home! I make a list on Sunday of meals for the week. I list the day, have three meal boxes and fill them in - accounting for family activities so I know whether the…
  • Frozen veggies are wonderful! I get them at Kroger, Kroger brand, mostly a dollar a bag - or when they're doing their 10 for 10. I'll use 2 bags of whatever- usually 1 broccoli and 1 onions and peppers mix. Toss in about 1 chicken breast, depending on size out of the package.. I don't weigh them but I eyeball size. It's…
  • You can do it!! If you need a friend, feel free to add me! I'm at 195 currently, and started MFP at 218! :)
  • I like plain old' vanilla, with pineapples and chocolate sauce. :) my favorite bit of a banana split.:)
  • Check out pinterest for ways to make your own -- I found a recipe for "ice cream" made with only a little peanut butter, cocoa powder and frozen bananas. I haven't tried it, but it looks delicious! My next purchase is going to be a yonanas machine.. an ice cream making using fruit only! :)
  • I find new sizes come at 20 pound intervals for me. At 250, I was a size 20-22.. At 225, an 18-20 and I'm at 196 wearing a size 16 and large shirts. :)
  • A lady I used to work with tried alli - on the plus, she did lose 80 pounds... I'm not sure the details of what else she did, eating, exercise this or that. However, she did have to wear adult pull-ups because she constantly leaked poo... She kept up with it though - so I guess that wasn't much of a deterrent for her. I…
