  • Usually what I do is wear a heartrate monitor to track the time and calories burned, and then I ADD NEW EXERCISE in MFP. I type in the name and input the time and calories burned.

  • Fitnesmom - it sucks doesn't it? My goal this time around is to at least go through the motions, no matter what. Dress for the workout, go downstairs and push play, even if intent is to just shuffle through it. 9 times out of 10, chances are I will wind up making my way through most of the workout. Keep showing up - we can…
  • Hi I'm Jen from NJ. I've been on the weight roller coaster for too many years to count, but no many how many times I fall of the wagon, I just refuse to give up! My body seems to want to keep me around 165, but my brain wants me back at 135 (heck I'll even settle for 140), which would be healthy for my 5'5'' frame. I've…

  • Definitely sounds familiar - also a mom in my 30's with 2 kids 8 and 4. The baby weight excuse doesn't hold water anymore! Really hoping to stay motivated long enough to finally reach my fitness goals, which also includes "being in the picture" with the kids and having the strength and energy to be the fun mom who plays,…

I too am determined to hit my goal once and for all, and am now on day 12 of a 90 day workout program. Please feel free to add me -…
  • I just finished my first week as well - the classic version. I tried once before but only made it 30 days and then I got sidetracked and never picked it back up again. I hear that sticking to a healthy diet/calorie limit is as key as staying on track with every single workout, so sounds like you are on the right track!…

  • Hi - fairly new here and looking to build up a support network - feel free to add me! Married mom of 2, looking to finally drop the baby weight (even though youngest "baby" is now 4 years old - lol!)
