Hi I turned 47 in March. All I have to do to put on weight is just smell some bread! And also I think I may need reading glasses! I need motivation. I think i need to start running/walking in the mornings. The afternoon lunch time walk is just not doing it!

I dont use Protein powder myself. But my husband does. All he uses is 1 Scoop of Whey Protein (vanilla)and milk. We use an empty jam container. I put in the powder in a well dried jam container fill half the container with cold milk and give it a good vigourous shake.(Like a Martini shake) Its cold, frothy and feels like…

I am 5 feet and in university I used to be 105-110 and looked good and felt healthy. Now after 2 children I am way over weight. I am hoping to come down to at least 120 lbs. But I may have to rethink the number after reading all these posts. Sounds like 130-140 should be my goal

Thanks...another alternative for me....I usually have a boiled egg and 1/2 an avacado for Breakfast.!

You can also try grilled vegetables and pasta wih balsamic viniger. Juices from the vegetables and the viniger tastes good! If you dont want to grill you can saute the vegetables with olive oil and balsamic in a pan.

Hi lookingfor125, Dont worry! I have 85 lbs to lose. I am 44 years and am 5 feet. Came back from the gym now and i am in pain...think I did it too much. I just joined today. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other!
