I have blonde hair and swim 4 - 6 times a week. If you wash your hair after, it won't turn green.

Be diligent about exercise but allow yourself some freedoms with food (within reason). I have found that if I am too strict and limit my favorites, I fall off the wagon. I follow weekly calories instead of daily so that I can have some fun on the weekends. :) Also, find an exercise you actually enjoy. For me, that is…

I totally am with you. I talk to myself so negatively that I end up just quitting and drinking an entire bottle of wine. Stay Strong - and if you have a bad day - there's always a tomorrow coming.

Add me too!

I am super strict on my daily calories during the week (within a healthy range).... but I really only do it so I can drink as much as I want on the weekends and stay under my weekly goal....

I second swimming laps!

I always look for soups when I go to restaurants! Do they offer any soups or salads? That's what I would do.

I'm training for a women's triathlon in July... but I'm mostly working out to lose weight and being in better shape for the Tri is a bonus...

I do save calories for the weekends. I know that on Fridays and Sundays I will with a degree of certainty go over my daily intake... so I stay under other days of the week to make up for it. On the mobile app you can chart your weekly calories so that is what I go for.

Feel free to add me - I have about 20 pages of recipes that I use on here. I dont make them public (for the shear fact that I'm just lazy) but if you see something in my diary that looks/sounds good, I can give you the recipe!

I definitely have this problem as well. It's easy to behave during the week, but on the weekend all I want to do is EAT and DRINK! I'm going to try and cut myself a little more slack than I did the last time I lost weight so that maybe I'll stick with it and won't gain it all back!

Thanks for all of the replies! I'll see how it goes. If I like it, great! If not, well, I'll go back to eating meat whenever.

I am slowly losing motivation, too. I have been doing it for three weeks... the first week I lost three pounds! I was so excited... the next two I only lost half a pound each week. I need the loss to keep me going so I am struggling to keep doing it. Ugh. This is so hard!!
