I love spinning!!! I've had to start using the elliptical machine though as spinning aggravates my vertigo. Hopefully the experts will be able to fix that (I go in next week to see them). I'm going on my first Caribbean cruise in January and trying to lose so I can look fabulous!!! I'm currently having trouble doing as much exercise as I would like because I'm recovering from a bad bicycle accident and still doing rehab. I would love to have some more MFP friends.

Hi, I actually don't use salad dressing at all. Just try adding raisins, apple, orange or pear slices. It really tastes great and is so much healthier for you.

Hi swhitney2, What I have found is that you won't really see too much in muscle tone until you lose the fat. That doesn't mean it isn't there, it just won't be visible. I learned to downhill ski after my previous husband died in 2003. Now I'm remarried and learned how to cross-country last year. I love the snow and am looking forward to the season.
