  • Hey! OMG! I see so much of myself in your story! I was on the softball team and captain of my drill team in highschool... After that, then came the house, career, baby, bills and weight! I'm 5'3, but my goal weight is around the 160 mark. The whole dieting thing (only eating certain foods) won't work for me. I told myself…

  • Well, I've been set at 1250 calories... depending on what I do that day determines how much I eat. But I do stick to the 1250 calories on days when I'm not active and I be just fine. Usually If I hit the gym for a good hour I will boost my intake to about 1500 calories...
  • the community here also helps a lot! I'm also addicted to it! I love to motivate people, and it seems whenever I need a push, my "friends" on here push me as well. Good luck with your goals! If you stick to it and make it a lifestyle change instead of a weight loss journey then hopefully your results will last a lifetime!…

  • what I am saying is exactly what I said. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BODY! Everyone is different. I'm not saying that a person that's working out everyday shouldn't eat back their calories... I'm saying that if you don't want to then don't! If you do, then do! If you're feeling fatigue then eat, if you're hungry then eat, if you…
  • As long as you're in tune with your body and listen to it... I personally think you dont have to eat back your calories! I eat them back a couple times a week when I want to go out and enjoy my self at a social gathering where there is food and drinks. I don't think it's how much you put in your body, but WHAT you put in…
  • I eat out about twice a week. As soon as I get my food, I ask for a "to go" container and put half of my food in there. If I plan on drinking too then breakfast is usually something small like oatmeal and lunch is a salad. It gives me something to look forward to and I stay within my calorie range! ;) I'm from maryland and…
