  • Wow!!! Great job J! :D There's an amazing difference! :) Keep up your hard work! :D
  • I log them. It makes me accountable. So when I get to "Why am I not losing?" I have proof of why.
  • Pre packing food is a good idea. just keep doing what you're doing :) I can't even make myself workout when I have to work overnights. I work retail so this only usually happens around the holiday season. Good luck :)
  • Yeah, Just tell him the truth. Tell him you need to have a grown up conversation with him and tell him the truth. Don't let him make you feel guilty because then you'll give in and start to resent working out at all. My husband likes to run with me but I don't always let him. He messes up my stride and makes me nervous.…
  • wow!! you look wonderful!! Fantastic work! :) Keep it up!
  • I'm like that. I think it's really only noticeable to yourself. My husband didn't notice until I repeatedly pointed it out to him....I just wanted to know I wasn't crazy lol
  • I glare right back   They won't bother you. Once you get going in your work out, you won't even notice them. They'll be in YOUR way
  • most of my clothes still fit me, granted I haven't loss a lot of weight. I am kind of glad they still do. I'm pretty sure no one wants to see me runnin around naked cuz I'm too lazy to shop for clothes :) I've always hated clothes shopping. :P
  • My husband changed his shoes and it's helped him a whole lot. He also stretches before he runs now too.
  • I'm 5'3" also, for the longest time the scale didn't move. So I put it away because every time I weighed myself and it didn't move I was very discouraged. I've been lifting weights so I assumed I was gaining some muscle since my clothes were getting looser. I weigh in every few weeks so I don't get discouraged by the scale.
  • Get rid of them.
  • I wonder if we just all have wierd exercise quirks? I get cold, 10 mins after I work out. I'll change my clothes thinking that it's the sweat that makes me cold, but I have to take a really hot shower before I warm back up. I wonder what that means? Some times I'll get itchy near my collar bone when I exercise, but not to…
  • I'm sorry to hear things aren't going well for you :( But this week isn't over and there is always next week. :) Things will get better :) They always do :)
  • You could probably recycle the program but push yourself really hard, run faster, for the mins that you're supposed to run. It won't seem like much at first but the bursts of speed will help build your endurance. I don't know. it's an idea :)
  • Hey! Great job! :) I fancy myself a runner, I sure don't look like it but I love running. Someday I'll look like one :) Once you get your stride, it's probably one of the best feelings in the world :)
  • LOL!!! You're hilarious!!
  • LOL! "you can't lose ugly!" I freakin love that! :D
  • i drink coffee before my workouts to help me get through it. I think it gives me the intial energy and then I take it from there :)
  • Thanks! :) I always feel weird when I talk to others how I have a conversation with myself when I am working out. Now I know I'm just challenging myself in every way possible :)
  • Squats and lunges are the way to go. If you go to a gym, the hip abduction machine and the back extension machine work out the booty pretty well too:)
  • That's exactly where I am :P I'm still doing my workouts and staying at my calories (I've gone over a few times) but I'm just not feeling it like I was. Working out has become routine, but the passion I had for the first few weeks has waned. I know part of it may be that I'm not feeling too well, but mostly I just want to…
  • Welcome! :) I'm sorry to hear that you are sad. People here are very supportive in everything! 50lbs is what I need to lose to get back to a healthy weight. Friend me, if you'd like :) We'll do it together :)
  • HA HA HA!!! Awesome! :D
  • LOL!! Awesome! :) My husband and I are always wondering "how did we get this old?" LOL :)
  • My kiddos usually eat whatever we eat but we don't deprive them of treats. They can have some here and there (candy, cookies, etc.) But they've cut back a lot on sugary items, as we've been keeping more fruits in our home. :) Tonight we are having salmon and rice. They don't want it, so I'm going to have daddy make them…
  • lol :) "They couldn't even live up to a 7th grader on Valentines Day." This made me laugh :) thanks!
  • It will definately improve with weight loss and muscle gain. My feet and legs used to hurt a lot during some exercises but I've built up some muscle and it helps. Now mostly, I just feel the soreness of my muscles.
  • I prefer running outside. I have to work harder for my miles. Plus, it's not boring. I like being able to change up my strides and speed without pushing a button. I miss running outside. It's to cold to do right now :( I tried bundling up and doin it, but my legs feel like lead :(
  • I love grapefruits! If you peel it and then peel each slice, it'll give you time to feel the hunger go away. They are 100 cals each.
  • Eat if you feel hungry :) I'm always hungry. I wish I had 2800 calories to eat lol :) My husband is taller than me and because he's a man he gets to eat more. Just try not to go over your allotted calories :) That's what I do. I finally got into some jeans (and they fit perfect!!) that I couldn't wear for the last year!
