Sounds like you are doing great! Make sure you are switching up your exercise so that your body doesn't hit a plateau. Also, are you drink pop? Once I stopped drinking it the weight started really dropping. Also, sodium could sometimes be a problem (it definitely was for me) and make sure you are drinking lots of water!!…

Thanks for all the advice. I don't normally eat as much fast food...last week was rough with my mom in the hospital. Maybe now that you are working out you are gaining muscle, which weights more? You should try measuring instead to see if you are getting slimmer.

I think as long as you weight using the same thing you will be able to accurately track your weight loss. And as long as you can see you are losing it should keep you motivated!

I lost about 17 pounds so far...although I've had a really rough few weeks and have gained about 10 back :( I couldn't really notice it very much, but other people could. I did notice that my clothes fit a little better and looked better on though. I'm not sure what the magic number is

My fiance does Insanity and says it kicks his *kitten*. He loves it, I gave up after 10 minutes...I LOVE my gym membership, the fact that I pay for it each month motivates me to go so that I don't waste my money!

You need to eat at least 1200 calories a day or your build will shut down and go into starvation mode. That could be why you have gained back some weight...because your body is holding onto the food instead of burning it.
