Due to stress lately, I have not been eating as healthily as I should be so I have decided that tomorrow/today the 5th of August I am going to only eat fruit and veges and drink inbetween 12-16 glasses of water (eeek). Don't worry this is not a diet or anything just a one day thing to show to myself that I CAN do it.

Hopefully this will help me on my way :)

  • What about adding in some lean protein too? Just to help keep you full longer and keep your body fed!

Second this! For a good detox you still should be eating everything you need (carbs, proteins, fats, etc) but focus on eating as clean as possible and avoid processed foods!

A good idea may also be to not eat any junk. Just to eat fruits, veggies, protein. Nothing processed, nothing junk, and stay at your calories. That sounds hard to me.. no junk! no processed! ehh scary

    Fruit. Veggie. Protein. Water.

    Sounds good to me.

I kinda suck at all this stuff, I usually eat a lot of eggs (and I know about shakes) but other than that what is some good protein?
    - My mum still cooks for me can you tell....

I eat a lot of chicken and turkey.
  • Eggs, chicken, turkey and fish are all excellent lean proteins. Pork also! For breakfast, during my detox/cleanse, I eat 2 eggs and 2 slices of rye toast. It starts my day off right!
