Be brave. The veggies that you never would have imagined eating are actually good! Roasted Broccoli with garlic and parmesean cheese is yummy. My husband has similar interests. He likes to get commentaries! Also, he is just starting to learn to play the guitar so I bought him some accessories and a guitar stand. Other than that, mine is as hard to shop for as yours!

I had lab work done a few months ago at my Dr. and everything came back normal. I did plan to talk to my Dr. if I quit this and it doesn't go away. I also react to MSG with bad headaches, so I wouldn't be surprised if I react to a sudden increase of aspartame in my diet.

Thank you so much everyone! Tomorrow WILL be better!! And honestly, I know I need to reassess my calorie goals but I'm so scared of messing them up and eating too much! NO matter how many times I enter my info into different calculators and it says to eat more, I still freak out!

Thank you, and I opened my diary so people can see. I felt so gung ho the past few weeks. Honestly though It was just a bad weekend, I feel emotional, and DH was grumpy and I'm an emotional eater for sure I think it all hit today. :sad:
