considering a gym membership
Yes or no? I want to start lifting and I lack the equipment at home. I am toying with the idea of joining the gym. I have no clue where to start if I do go. I'm worried about not knowing what to do when I get there and proper form and stuff. So do I need a Trainer? For a short time?
