my aunt is gluten intolerance and went ever she is in town she lets me try her gluten free foods and i dont feel sick after eating it but when i eat not gluten i feel sick so yeah

Im probally just going to to gluten free now

like breads and cereal and pasta so which means i dont eat pizza which is basically all bread . of course i eat fruits and vegetables when i eat a hamburger i do no use a bun i use lettuce . i had pizza the other day and i was absolutely sick and I had pasta even if its whole wheat i feel sick.

I thought that if you went over a certain amount of protein for your age, height and weight you would gain weight??

maybe you need to up the protein to stay fully longer?? im not an expert but i heard it helps for some people

i have a jump rope and i dont really like jumping roping so thats a no for me

oh no my town does a really crappy job at removing snow from streets and when its removed its either all ice or it snows the same day its been plowed winter is bad here

i know its a big excuse but i still live at my parents house and they are really supportive and when ever i start to exercise like ride my stationary bike or lift weights or anything one of them always comes downstairs and tells me to do other things its annoying .

Im not worried about the cold i can handle that its just that the sidewalks are always slippery in the winter and its even hard to walk without slipping
