I missed Wednesday but I weighed in today and... last week I was 165.8 This week I am 163 Loss of 2.8 pounds!!!!

Not totally happy today, I weighed in last week at 169.9, I believe and I am down from that which I should be happy about but I made the mistake of weighing in to MFP after I had the flu and I have increased from that. Had a really rough week with my son's birthday and many nights not at home. I still had a small loss and I am so happy with that. Last week= 172.4 This week = 172 Change = -0.4
