Good call! Doing that now :)

Looks like 10 wings with a lemon pepper dry rub is roughly 670 calories, which sounds correct by my estimations! Thanks for the advice! :)

Do you think I should opt for a half rack of ribs instead?

I guess I wasn't sure about using what's in the database because restaurants always seem to find a way to pack extra calories into ordinary foods. :/

Excellent, thanks :) I don't plan on making excuses ;) I don't wanna hurt myself either though! I'll push through it!!

This will be the 2nd day I haven't done any weights. I ate quite a bit of meat yesterday, so would the protein maybe help in preventing injury today? Or should I just play it safe and not do it at all? It's not a new workout to me in terms of the motions; it's just more reps than I'm used to.

It really is! I'm learning to take it easy on weighing myself because the bigger achievements are those little things that suddenly, one day, you're able to do! The body adapts very quickly, I'm learning :)

Thank you so much everyone! You're all so sweet :) I appreciate the support more than you know, and I return it all to you!!

It really does! One day it just sinks in that it's not all for nothing, and that if you keep going, reaching your goals is inevitable :) That must have been so wonderful with your son! It must be amazing to have him around as a motivator :) And well done on 47lbs!!

You're definitely not alone in this. The problem is that you can't lose the weight, and then keep it off just through healthy eating alone, or altogether reverting to your original habits. You have to keep the workout regime and be mindful of everything you eat. The body is very good at putting on lost weight the moment a…
