I agree with the water bottles. I drink mine out of a VOSS glass bottle. IDK but for me it makes a difference lol

Yay for you! My proud moment today was realizing my turkey wraps had more calories than imagined so I substituted the remainder of my lunch with a Progresso Chicken and dumplings soup. Not being able to drink more water. I have to force myself to drink water at times and forcing isnt good. I do drink more however not sure how to when I do not feel like it. :drinker:

Went from a 22 to 14. My goal is a 12...been stuck at 14 since Nov of last year. But I am ok with it, no rush to get to a 12.
