Add cheese, avacados, cream, bacon fat to your food. I can usually hit 35-45% of protein on my macros and be ok, and one day isn't going to kill you with overloading on protein.

Just because the ketostix is dark red, doesn't mean you're keto "hardcore" It means you're dehydrated. I've never heard of getting kicked from keto for not drinking enough water, but drink more water :)

What I do is cook it on a skillet, pretty much sear my chicken breast like a steak, then throw in in the oven for a few minutes, and it seriously gets juicy.
