This^ I took it for migraines for a little while but I did not see the side effect of weight loss. All it did was make stuff taste wrong. I didn't like how I felt on it and it didn't really help with the headaches so I didn't stay on it long.

There is an option for carrying an infant or 15 lb load while walking. Does that increase the calorie burn recorded for you at all?

That's my net goal too. I second the fruits and veggies suggestion. Also, if I have days were I'm extra hungry I'll be sure to get in a walk or a swim so I can eat back those calories too. It does take some getting used to but your body will adjust to the new eating habits. Mine has.

Sharp cheddar with tomato toasted or Peanut Butter and Banana toasted...YUM! I've never had a fluffernutter but I think I'd have to use Nutella or Jif Chocolate PB instead of regular.

I just had that same problem. It's extra hard for me because sugar is my vice anyway. I usually indulge a little during my TOM but do some serious cardio to take care of the calories. If you are worried about over indulging get some dark chocolate almonds or some NSA pudding or Fat free ice cream.
