I do not work out my first 2 days. The cramps, and I just feel damn right nasty. I also don't work out my last 2 days because honestly that ending period smells nasty as hell. So I avoid sweating on top of already funk. Unfortunately I have my period 7 days. So I only work out about 3-4 of them.

I'm an OSHA Reporting Assistant. I bring my lunch everyday, and typically is always a salad with oil and vinegar as the dressing. For snacks I have a granny apple with peanut butter, some wheat thin pops, popcorn. Oddly I'm the candy jar person, and I never touch the candy, and it's literally right next to me all damn day!

I tried the 1200, and that **** was hard as hell. Upped it to 1300, and couldn't do it. I'm now at 1500, and sometimes still go over by like 200. I'm losing weight, but not as much as I would like to, and I'm pretty damn active.

My drink of choice is appletini's, but I don't drink those unless there is an occassion for it. I drink 55 calorie beer only, and I drink wine, but my drinking is like one drink a week.

When I was a kid/teen I always wanted to be a pediatrician, now that I'm older and have my own children. I realize I don't really like other peoples kids besides my own. I wish all kids to be healthy, but I'll rather not be the person that check their health and provide the medicine.

5 ounce piece of grilled chicken, 1 cup of broccoli and cauliflower, half grilled sweet plaintain, 1 granny apple with 1 tsp of peanut butter for dessert.

I weigh myself every Saturday morning, why Saturday ...I don't know. That just happened to be the day I weighed myself and didn't like the number on the scale and started to take this thing seriously. So I stuck with weighing myself that day.
