That is so true. It is hard to gage a calorie burn for workouts not done on a machine and especially for strength training. Also, seeing the wide variances between what my HRM says and what the machine says is a real wake up. I also find that the MFP estimates are off by a lot when compared to my HRM. I won't do any…

Thank you so much for sharing. I have 110 pounds to lose and sometimes the goal seems so far away. I see that it is attainable and more importantly MAINTAINABLE! You are an inspiration. Keep up the good work!

I definitely add drinks. They contain calories and that's what we're counting to ensure weight loss.

I started last week and today is day 5. I am loving the program so far! The music is great and keeps me going. I'm looking forward to the weight loss, but I am already noticing improved cardiovascular strength.

Is it too late to join? I will be doing my day 5 workout tonight. So far I'm loving the workouts. The music is great and it keeps me going when I want to quit. Today is Fire 55 EZ and it's the longest class so far. I can already tell my cardiovascular health is improving. I'm really excited about the program.
