Hiya, I don't know if I'm too late, but I started 30DS today and I'm absolutely shattered. I was a little scared at first about how hard it is on your knees. I did find it was a little tough on my dodgey knees lol, but I did my own stretches and jumped in the bath afterwards to help soothe any achey knees. My knees feel…

Hiya - I'm 5'2" and started at 148.4 jst over a month ago. I lost 10.5 lbs in four weeks and 2" of my waist, so was super pleased! However, the past week no weight loss or no inch loss :( so I'm really gutted but decided to take matters up a level. I started 30DS this morning (which proper killed me lol), I'm hoping this…

Competely agree with the above. If you go over, you go over no big deal - just be honest. Also, it gives your a clear view as how you are really eating, not how you think your eating x

Hmmm ... yes to cute matchy clothes lol! As for the rest it's a definate no-no. My hair is frizzy curly either in a ponytail or bun (exercise dependant). As for makeup it's a HELL NO! I'm a bit ocd when it comes to cleanliness, and don't want yucky makeup going into my open pores *shudders* tee hehe :p xx

For me my sweet tooth fixer is Walls mini milk ice creams!!!! They are only 30 calories with 0.7 grams of fat and they come in three yummy flavours. It's a treat win-win without falling off the healthy lifestyle wagon. I hope this helps :) x

Hiya - I'm 5'2 and currently weigh 140.6 (just to be precise lol) and would ideally like to weigh 119-125lbs as long as I get rid of my wobbly bits and gain muscle mass. Feel free to add me :) xx

I'm proud of cho64 and myself for NOT snacking/picking at all the yummy food in the office today!!! We were both very good girls and went out and got ourselves a healthy salad box :) S x

Hey I'm 5'2" and currently weigh 143.3 (only just started) - I'm thinking my ideal weight should be 119. However realistically maybe, 125. I don't want to be obsessed with weight but more with inch loss and building lean and strong muscles. Sugar :) xx

@ TourThePast - I'm happy to spend up to £30/£35. My main problem is that I keep using the scales at the gyms (one near work and one near home) or at friends and I obviously keep getting different readings - so thought the best fix is to buy my own lol ;) x

I know exactly what you mean, I've gone from healthy and fit to fat and overweight in 5/6 years - with marriage and divorce takings it's toll on my body. Well not any more, I've made myself a priority in my life again lol! This site and the ppl here are amazing - I've bn with MFP one week today and have lost 6 lbs. I…
