  • I am allergic to artificial sweeteners, all of them. I find that it is better to use real sugar in moderation than it is to use artificial sugar. Artificial sugars can actually INCREASE your cravings for more sweets.

  • ohhh! And my stepmom had not seen me in about 4 weeks until this past weekend. She commented on how much weight I had lost. She actually thought I had lost about 30 pounds, but it was only 15, lol. Either way it was a great compliment. DH also told me it looks like an entire family moved out of the butt of my jeans! ROFL!

  • I have gone over every day except for maybe one or two and I lost weight, so I don't think that is necessarily true. There are a lot of diets that are based on high protein and they produce weight loss results. That's JMO though.
