I have lab/Vizsla mix. Vizsla are know as velcro dogs and everyone knows how loving labs. Now Imagine these two loving dog put togethier super loving pup. what is considered strenuous exercise? I do cardo for about 40 mins a day. I just started using weights. Is that considered strenous?

No I was getting disappointment because when I lose weight it doesnt seem to be staying off now. I have to do some form exercise 7 days a week or I can't eat enough on 1200 calories only without exercise. So i go to the gym 6 days a week doing cardo and on the 7 day I do a yoga dvd and abs dvd to try to do something easier…
