This is driving me mad too. I do a 20 min run and lose all the calories for my steps

I guess as long as I don't increase my intake too bad it should be okay. Thank you

I'm not saying you won't hit plateaus and things I'm just saying with the right motivation you can push through it.

Thanks hun, it was discovered at 10 weeks missed at about 6 weeks so no where near the same. I'm okay though, I've just left it behind and moved on. Only issue is Kate Middleton is about 2 weeks off what I was so I know it's going to be a hard summer. I will lose the weight and then hopefully my body will work as it…

Sophie: It's not public knowledge but it's not a secret either. Just don't want it to be an open forum kind of thing, I'm ploughing on. Thanks everyone I feel so much better in myself already and I'm pushing for my target weight by 4th June which is my next appointment. Another stone to go by then.

If you've lost inches you may have swapped fat weight for muscle weight which is great! You have to remember that a lb of fat is much larger than a lb of muscle. Youre headed in the right direction.

2200 is just what I was eating before I started losing weight I think. I have a 1900 TDEE according to my basic activity level but I make an effort to go for a walk in the morning and at lunch so I push to about an extra 400 most days. Wasn't planning on eating them back though, should I be doing?

I'm struggling to talk myself into eating more. It's weird how much my mindset has changed.

I don't mind if weight loss slows. I was on 1200 calories before but I'd start feeling a little ill once a week so I think it was too little to maintain. Before I was dieting I was easily over 2200 calories on a good day.

How active do you end up being on a weekend? More or less?

I'm hoping it's water or something but my body fat has gone up too so it can't just be water :(

I'm having the same problem with my belly and bum. I'm just focusing on doing my normal cardio with some strength work in those areas and hoping tightening the underlying muscles will help. Good luck

Try somewhere other than Primark for your inbetween jeans. I think ASDA are larger sizes. Then you can go back to Primarni for the next size

I'm scared to get on the treadmill at my gym now. I'm not fit at all and nearly collapse after a minute of running so I usually walk fast with a decent incline. I hold onto the bars to check my HR and sometimes to hold on when I'm getting tired, I text (to prevent the monotony killing me), when I do try run I probably…

Thank you, I've been on Metformin and Clomid although now they're saying the Metformin won't be as effective as I've lost weight. I'm hoping it all fits together soon, will ask my doc about the baby asprin x

I used to get it and it would hurt more than normal but I figured it would just be because it was longer since (6 months or so) I'm on Norethisterone now but it's no different really.

I'm planning on starting this within the next week. In the UK too :)
