• Leaving for my first vacation in 3 years on Jan 29. My goal is to get in 3-4 workouts per week and be mindful of what I'm putting in my body, no deep fried foods, refined sugars or alcohol until then so I can feel my best when I hit the beach :)
• You are such an inspiration!! Way to go! You look amazing!!
• I bought the zoom this weekend and it is awesome! It doubles the playing space and makes it so much easier to play
• You look so much younger now! Congrats on your hard work!
• I bought a pair of authentic zumba shoes and it has made a world of difference for me. I used to get pains in my legs and cramps in my feet after Zumba, but not any more. I found them on ebay. They were $95 with Shipping but worth every single penny! My feet feel great and I shake my stuff like a pro now.

• I'm doing the 30Day Shred and though its tough, I can get through it. There are modifications for most exercises for beginners so you should be ok, and even if you aren't you can work into being able to do it. I was terrified to move into level 2 of the Shred and I'm now ready to move onto level 3. You get stronger each…
• Anyone know how to enter this into our exercise for the day? I am a sweaty mess by the end of the workout so I know I've burned a lot of calories, but I don't know how to judge. Any help would be great!
• I always get the Shawarma patter with no potatoes or rice. with hummus and garlic for my chicken. And no pita. It's my favourite thing to eat. You get a ll the flavour without the bad stuff.
• Ive been there. The exact same thing happened to me. I was at 190. I felt fantastic and people told me how great I looked and I thought well I look so good I can treat myself and then it just snowballed. Once I got under 200 I vowed never to be over it again. Now I am 235 and struggling with how to get it off and avoiding…
• Today I started to panic that winter is coming and I'm 20lbs heavier than I was last winter and I have to fit into my coat, jacket and snowpants or else I'm going to be very cold in a couple of months. Hopefully this will be what my body needs to kick it into gear.
• Ok so I switched my daily activity level to sedentary and the increase in calories is only around 400, which seems more reasonable. Many people have written that when they upped their calories that they started losing weight. It is quite possible that I'm not eating enough for the weight that i am. I will give this a try.…
•
Am I correct in assuming he slept alone last night??
LMAO! Na, I let him sleep with me, but I slept great and he had heartburn from eating 3 dounuts at 9 at night
• No a timbit isn't the worst thing, the 20 that come in a box that i can devour in 5 minutes flat are. For me it's best to not even get the taste in my mouth. Then it starts a chain reaction of bad things.
• I just booked an appointment with him. My throid is fine, I had that checked recently, but maybe there is something else wrong with me
• Since my surgery, I have been trying many thing to try to get the weight off. When I lost weight a few years ago, I was very successful doing South Beach, which limits carbs and then allows you to integrate good carbs back in. I have tried this lost a couple of pounds, plateaued and gained them back. I have tried weight…
• What do you mean about my activity level set to the right setting?
• I know two weeks is not an eternity, but I am just so frustrated. My body used to react so much differently to positive changes I would make. I guess I'm older now and things change too. I haven't been at this weight since my mid-twenties so I guess it's harder to get it off now. I do feel better, but I haven't noticed any…
• I have. I have played the game that comes with it., Motion Sports and Dance Central. The Adventure game that comes with it has several games that are very challenging, especially the obstacle course. Everytime i do it, I sweat like crazy!! I wanted to get the biggest loser game, but haven't yet, it's supposed to be great.…
• This is awesome thanks! I'm going to post it on my fridge
• Eight weeks ago I had a brain tumour removed from my cerebellum. It was easily and completely removed by the surgeon, but my weight spiraled out of control following this. Although my recovery is ongoing, I am able to go on the tradmill, but no weight lifting or running as I used to do. Saturday night I was on my treadmill…
• Foundation garments are great for sucking in the love handles to wear a nice top with great jeans. I don't know what I would do without mine!
• Congratulations! You are an inspiration!
• Joined weight watchers January 29 weighing 223 and weighed in this past Saturday at 220! 3lbs is a great start!! I am upping my water intake and plan to exercise every day this week to get at least 2 lbs off at the next weigh in and get my 5lb sticker! I have 10 weeks to go until the first wedding I am in and another 7…
• Wow littlepoopa, I feel like i was reading my own story in yours. I wish you the best of luck! Great job so far! You can do it!
• I totally belong here!! I have been heavy my whole life and would love to know what thin feels like. At 190 I felt great and feeling good allowed me to slip up and gain some back. Right now I'm so embarassed and ashamed of myself that I let this happen. I don't want to go places where I will see people who haven't seen me…
• I'm in! I just joined yesterday and love the site and feel it will be very helpful in reaching my goal. I am in a wedding in April (I'd like to be down 20 for that) and another one in June . So another 10 for that one would be fantastic!! I need to lose 33 to get down to my lowest weight so far (it crept back up in the…
