LoL, this thread is too funny!! :0) I would say that this is a bad idea. Just do squats, donkey kick backs and ensure you are targeting the muscles you want to work on! The heels and working out = trip to emergency room! So not worth it!!!

Hey ! I like EAS chocolate protein powder and you can get it from walmart. I do bananas, peanut butter , ice alil water and sweetener and it tastes like a sweet treat to me but it's healthy.

Try kale with some navy beans and diced tomatoes. Season and let it simmer and work the flavors it. Also add some onions and garlic and you are in business!

Eat the cookie and carry on! One cookie won't kill you, you just need to ensure you practice moderation. I enjoy what I want rather it be pizza, cookies, a burger but in moderation and not all the time! Its okay to have what you like! Live alittle....

I do. I would like to quit as I know it is bad for me but it is hard. I still work out hard, run on the treadmill, pump weights but long term I know I need to kick the habit. I'm working on losing the weight and I may try quitting alittle later. It is easier said than done, never really gave it try!!
