What do you put on/eat with cottage cheese?

Looking for some ideas - I used to have cottage cheese on Ryvita with sliced tomato a few times a week, but I'm trying to avoid crackers/bread etc for a while. What do you put on/eat with cottage cheese?

Nothing, it's disgusting. I eat quark instead. Goes with everything it's usually cheaper and has better macros.

Try Friendship no salt cottage cheese. Its what I eat. Go to their website and see where its sold by you. I find it at Whole Food Markets.

Funnily enough, I saw quark in the supermarket today - first time I've ever seen it in the UK. I'll have to buy some and give it a try.

If I want something sweet, then berries, peaches, or pineapple.

For something savory, tomato, cucumber and black pepper.

I will take 1 cup of low fat cottage cheese, .25 cups of fresh blueberries and .25 cups of fresh raspberries. Yummy combo! Sometimes it will be a part my breakfast and sometimes just as a snack.

All types of berries, bananas, or stone fruit. I'll also put in a half serving of a low cal/high fiber dry cereal like fiber one, which won't break your carb bank if that's a concern. I also like it plain or as a "dip" with celery/carrots.
