Emeralds Chocolate Covered Almonds, Roast Almonds the Walnut and Almonds. I also eat Weight Watchers dessert cakes or 1 tablespoon of Peanut Butter with a small granny apple.

Well I try not to eat back my calories that I burn, at times I may use some of them never try to use all. To me it defeats the purpose of burning them.

It's hard to measure one day in class 3 of us ladies compared calories burned it range from 440-680, I purchased a HRM so I would have an accurate amount.

I suggest to get more of an accurate amount, you should purchase a Heart Rate Monitor, that;s what I purchased. Becuase MFP give an average of what you should have burn, which was never correct for me.

Try Cooking light.com.Food Network.com and Allrecipes.com. I cook in my Crockpot every week, these are the sites that I have found some good recipes.

I have burn between 330-500 calories for 45-55 min strength training.

Don't slip, we have been motivating me to keep going. Remember the reason why you got started, find something you can do that won't hurt your back. Just keep focused you can do it!!
