  • Today I did a 35 minute workout LUC 180 - (Lower Upper and Core) and Tae Kwon Do class - but I taught so not much work out there - but movement. Good job everyone.
  • I haven't been on in a while, mainly do to entering MFP on my phone - but I also haven't been working out in a while. Glad to say I'm maintaining but need to get back on the bandwagon. Today I did a kettle bell workout for 51 minutes yeah! Going to go for a run/walk with my son this afternoon.

  • Snowed last night about 5 inches. Shoveled for about 45 minutes with my husband - our driveway and my in-laws. I never felt so happy about needing to shovel!   • Today I did a sports drill workout and then a TKD class moderately worked out had to teach some. Too cold outside to think about anything!
  • It doesn't record from Strength Training. However you could look up online how many calories are typically burned and then enter your own exercise with calorie burned. I enter my own exercise using the calories Daily Burn gives me for the exercise.

  • today did my own workout jumping jacks, push ups, sit-ups, squats, and planks. I need to get back in gear! I need more sweat. Not sure what my work out issue - since I was sick. Haven't been stuck at this weight for this long since I started. But I am maintaining.
  • Today went for a 1.7 mile walk with husband. It was 50 degrees out! It was beautiful out! I hope to be able to exercise this week. It was just a crazy week. I had a sermon to prepare for Sunday - so it felt like that was all I was doing last week besides school. Now that is done I can hopeful refocus. Great job everyone!…
