I couldn't give you an exact amount (I've been loosely counting until today) but about 1500-1700 a day

When you did this did you follow it religiously or were there days where you strayed? For instance if someone wanted to take you out for breakfast or you went on vacation etc

That's great! I currently about 300 pounds, looking to weight around 170 for now. I'll definitely add you! The more weight you have to lose the more daunting the task but I find adding people with similar weight loss goals helps

This is a tricky one. Obviously we do not want to promote an unhealthy lifestyle. For example "smoker pride" would be a dumb concept. Ahhh you caught me. No I haven't tried them all, but I can truly say I've tried many of them. And am open to trying those I haven't yet. But from previous experience I don't like them. Besides corn as I mentioned before

I live off base, but have been walking to the base and exploring or going to the gym that's there (usually exploring though, I find walking around to be easier than working out around all those toned skinny servicemen and women). I'll have to look into support systems and stuff. Thank you!
