  • I have been eating only 1000 to 1200 calories I know bad :embarassed: But I am learning to fix this and do it right. :drinker: I have been doing reg squats,crunches and 30 day shred.

  • I felt the same way the first time I did it as well. The second day was a lot better. I now do my workout in the morning before breakfast and drink water before, during and after. I usually am able to drink a whole 16oz while doing it. Is it your first day doing it? If so it will get better. :) Good luck! You can do it!!

  • Yup you can definitely see a difference in your belly and I can see a slight difference in your arms! keep up the great work!! I couldn't see any difference in mine because I covered up those nasty areas I dont like to see lol but I will def have to take some in shorts and a bra so I can see my differences next time too.…

  • L2D1 done! OMG what a workout!! I am dripping sweat. wow is all I can say I am gonna be one sore puppy tomorrow. lol I pushed through pretty much everything but I could not do the scissor planks. I did jumping jacks instead. keep up the good work Everyone!!!!
  • OMG I just watched the video of level 2 and I am really scared :noway: But I had great success with level one so I am going to push forward with level 2 :tongue:
  • Yup :) I was shocked as well :) I measured 12 areas though lol -2 waist, -1 hips, -1 each arm, -1 each thigh, calves stayed the same, -2 above breast, -2 below breast,-1 bust,-2 shoulders, -1 butt area and -2 biggest part of belly
  • L1d10 done :) I finally some how managed to lose 2lbs :tongue: and of the 12 areas I measured I lost a total of 17" I am so happy with that and am def. moving on to round 2 and hope to see about the same results if not more. I don't see any change in my picture because I covered all my areas. maybe I will be daring enough…

  • L1D7 done :) It is def getting easier. I too struggle with the first cardio session. I am also not even going to attempt level 2 till I concur this one. Its just what i want to do to prove I can do it :bigsmile: and do it right without a struggle :tongue:
