Uneeknitter, what a lovely cheesy meal. My mouth's watering at the description. What works for me for eating right is on the weekend, I cook a beef dish say on Friday, a chicken dish on Saturday and something else on Sunday. Eat one portion then put the 3 other portions in the fridge for the working days when I work late…

Hi All, I'm back after being sick last week and didn't eat properly or exercise other than my usual walking to/from the office. So this week will be my week 2 (instead of week 3) of the Jillian Michael's 30Day slim down exercise plan. Have lost 2lbs despite the above so I'm very happy!

This 30 day Restart challenge has worked for me. Last week I finally broke my 3 month plateau! So yes, I have been sick last week & have been off my food (not eating enough) and of course not much exercise . . . But I'm going to push through now. Looking forward to getting off work in 10minutes time & getting a sweat…

I'd like to join too please. . . I'm 32, 5ft currently at 80kg. I lost 15kg for the past year (10kg before I started MFP) to date & I would dearly wish to be at 65kg (or beyond my wildest dreams, at 55kg) by my birthday in May next year. Hi All, I'm Rachel from the Solomons. CW: 80kg GW for end of month is 76kg. Very ambitious goal but I'll give it a go.
