  • I understand. I guess I was just wondering if there was a way to track it that way. For example if you go over your calories one day, then you would know what you need to make up for before the week is out.
  • Its not a slice. I should have taken a picture. Its a large calzone. The recipe makes four. It probably was 7 inches by 3.5 inches and stuffed.
  • Yes it is and its large trust me. I could barely finish it.
  • I agree...why eat it. I love veggies, cheese (my downfall) , pasta, and steak. I guess health wize I know I need protein. Plus its hard to cook for my daughter and fiance who "love meat"!
  • Lol...everyone thinks Im weird. It is nothing about animals..its just I dont like it. And if I see a vein or tendon etc I cant finish my meal. Pork especially I dont like. What gives.
  • I pay close attention to form. I am using an 18lb kettlebell now. In the beginning when I was first learning I started with a 10 pound ball. And yes it does seem like overkill....its definitely a tough workout. But I love it.
  • Yes definitely check it out. It has weekly workouts, show you how to do the exercises and has real people doing the workouts. The only reason I do two at a time is because I want a longer workout! :)
  • I started with a ten pound and now am using and 18. Some exercises are too hard with the 18 so I just use a 15lb dumbbell in its place. I wont do the swing over my head because Im afraid of "that" injury lol :)
  • Lupercalia, have you noticed alot of body changes from kettlebell training such and defined muscles in your arms, back legs, and stomach? I have been doing kettlebells 5 times a week for two weeks and can already see changes! I love it!
  • Yes, I love cheese. All of it. One bite off a block is 100 calories minimum. I don't limit cheese from my diet but man do I just want to eat it. I dont care about sweets, cakes, ice cream etc lol. Typically I dont buy it but its in my fridge right now. :(
  • I sadly switched to vodka. I love and I mean love beer. I miss it. But when I drink its vodka. Hope it works!
  • There are so many different kettlebell moves but you do need space to perform them. You should try doing the workout at home. And proper form is key so that you dont injure yourself. So you wouldnt want to modify the moves in my opinion. :)
