  • I agree - I've been here a week and absolutely loving it. It seems quite fun keeping an eye on what I eat and having a community of people to support you. A lot more fun than eating rubbish and feeling bloated! I look forward to coming on every day and logging my food, exercise etc :D

If you're only eating 1240 calories and not eating back your excersise calories, you could only be living on 900 or so calories a day (depending on how much you excersise).
