I just started yesterday, but still feel so lost! I need to go grocery shopping for some actual keto foods. How have your first two weeks gone?

Right there with ya! Lost 33 lbs on here last year then switched jobs and lost time and motivation and gained 20 back over the last 9 months. I'm back now and logging every day, working out, and hoping to lose 35 lbs once all is said and done. Feel free to add me! There are many of us who are right here along with ya :)

AMAAAAAZING PROGRESS! These pictures are great motivation!

You definitely can. Also....as you mentioned, 30 Day Shred is a WONDERFUL dvd. It's only about 25 minutes long, but it a great workout. I have a hard time motivating myself to workout for an hour every day, but I can usually convince myself to get off the couch by reminding myself its just 25 minutes. Even better....by the…

Spidey-pig, spidey-pig, does whatever a spider-pid does....LOL

I'm 5'5" and 162 in a size 10. A few months ago though I was in a size 8 at 160 as I had more muscle tone. I've let myself go a bit since then, though. I think it depends a lot on how much of that weight is muscle vs. fat.

BABY FEVER HERE! I'm 23, my husband is 26 and it seems all our friends are popping out babies left and right. We have been ready for about a year, but were waiting to finish off our degrees. I'll be done with my Bachelors in December, so we decided to go ahead and start trying. I would only have a few months left of school…

I just passed the first month of TTC. I am in the dreaded two week wait, counting down the days till I can take that test! I've had a lot of promising signs, but I'm worried it might be my mind playing tricks on me...we will see in a week! One thing I will recommend is www.fertilityfriend.com, I've only been using it for a…

LOL I would have had no idea what he was talking about and told him to try the auto auction down the road!

When I used to work at Cheddars, a lady asked for a BLENDED chicken pot pie. She literally wanted it put through the blender. You should have seen the look on the bartender's face when I asked her to blend that pot pie. The people sitting around the bar were disgusted, and it was even more disgusting to watch the customer…

I have the Polar FT60 and I love it!! Found out that those workout DVDs were burning more calories than I thought they were!

Old Perverted People? LOL, I have no clue what you're talking about

Sunday mornings. My weight seems to be so different depending on the time of day I wake up--I usually wake up at the same time on Sundays so it stays consistent and keeps my accountable on Friday night and Saturday--my typical worst days!

It worked wonders for me. I, too was at a plateau a while back at 1200/day. So I switched it up and did 2 days at around 1000 and one day at around 1400-1500 and cycled that. I dropped 3 pounds the first week I started that. I highly recommend it. There are plenty of threads in the forums that have pointers for it. Good…

I do not know specifics that actually help, but I have heard that chest fly's can actually make them appear smaller.

I ended up at 1500. Pretty proud of it! I made cauliflower mashed potatoes and no one even noticed! Only 90 calories/serving. And then low calorie pumpkin pie. They were sooo worth it. Two of my favorite foods and it really cut down on the calories. The mac and cheese is what got me though!

Holy cow! Is 30DS all you did before your wedding? Your results are amazing! I've done both her disks but haven't gotten the results that you did. Great job!!!

To be confident, happy, and satisfied with what my body can do for me. To wear jeans comfortably and not have the darned muffin top. To know that I am taking care of myself. To wear shorts and feel good about myself (and a bikini!)

Keep in mind that losses and gains within a day's time are usually from fluctuations in water weight. Sodium intake, workouts, simply being a woman (lol) and a slew of other things can do that to us from time to time. Do not get discouraged. Take a look at your entire weight loss journey--not just the past few days. Think…

Salsa. I used to dip everything in Ranch--pizza, salad, chicken...everything. Can you say CALORIES!? So now I dip my chicken in salsa and I often use either salsa or pica de gallo on my salads instead of any dressing.

Are are doing wonderful! Keep up the great work. You look great!

go to www.creditkarma.com. It's a great site and it's free. It has TONS of useful information. Good luck!

bump...I could use some pointers too!

I am just getting out of the same rut that you are in. After losing 32 lbs, I slacked off for a good 3 months. I have gained 6 lbs back and it feels horrible! My advice--remember why you are in this-envision yourself how you want to be--healthy, and all the things you will feel so accomplished for when you reach your goal!…

I did day 1 yesterday! I will join along with you! It's supposed to be sort of chilly here this week so I could use someone to motivate me to get out there and still run in the cold! I can tell that it will work if I stick with it.

Just finished 30DS for the day, too. My favorite workout DVD of all of them. I have completed it twice, but can't help but come back to it!
-
Great job! I, too, often find myself giving excuses to not work out because I am too 'tired' or 'don't have the time'. Crazy thing is--once I work out, I am less tired! After I muster up the energy to actually start my workout, I find I feel so much better afterwards! I also think 30 Day Shred is the greatest workout…

Puppies all the way. ...that's why I have four!

I'm 5'5" and weigh 154...so I'm getting there... I am currently in a 9/10. Most of my dress pants are 8's.

I am taking 15 hours and working full time, its rough, but I try to squeeze in at least 30 minutes 5-6 days a week. When I have a ton of homework though, I have to say that the exercise gets put on the back burner. I wish there were more hours in the day!!!
