I have never heard of a weighted hula hoop. How would you use it whilst watching tv? Would it be as I assume, hula hooping standing in front of the tv?

I agree with squats, id also do lunges. Not sure how much they will help but i know since ive been doing them my thighs are looking better and better

I do this sometimes too. But sometimes i dont want to know lol When i do it it makes me not eat bad which is a great thing, but sometimes i just want to satisfy a craving without the guilt like a skinny person can do!
