Calories counting question
As i am trying to lose weight i am counting calories... I am staying under my calorie count and am also burning at least 500 calories at the gym and i go 4+ times a week. So say i eat 1400 calories in a whole day, and work off 500 calories that day also, this leaves me with a calorie count of 900. Is this a good thing? am…

Heart rate above 'Fat burning heart rate'
My 'recommened' heart rate is between 121 and 141 for fat burning while doing cardio. My new program at the gym is hard work and alot of interval training, and my heart rate is always above the 165 mark the whole session.... sometimes peaking to 180 Is this an issue? will this help my weightloss or hinder it? My Physio has told me to avoid doing squates and lunges as i have a bit of a hip and lower back issue atm that when doing squats or lunges aggrivates... So does anyone know of any alterntaives?
