Try temporarily adding the "potentially bad food" to your food diary and see what it does to your calories/fat etc. Knowing that you'll eat this food and most likely still be hungry soon after (due to the crappy empty calories) while already being close to your calorie/fat/carb count ceiling might give you the slight bit of motivation to not eat it.. The phone app gives you the ability to do this away from home.

Thanks for the tip. I often preenter foods I plan on eating and when I see how bad they will be make different plans. Especially on BW3 wing night. It tells me how many I can eat and still be under my goal.0

I do this sometimes too. But sometimes i dont want to know lol
When i do it it makes me not eat bad which is a great thing, but sometimes i just want to satisfy a craving without the guilt like a skinny person can do!0
