Thank you everyone for your replies! It's true, I can't beat myself up for what has happened. Instead, I have to move forward and keep my goals in sight! I am determined to get back on track without being obsessive or getting crazy!

I made the mistake of starting right before TOM, like the day before, so I can't really tell. Plus, I put my scale away as not to freak myself out. So far, my clothes are fitting fine but I will definitely have to check the scale in a few weeks...

I needed to see this! You always hear how fat weighs more than muscle, but that's a misnomer. Pound for pound it's the same. But when looking at volume, muscle is more dense and takes up less space! Thanks!

I kickbox 4 times a week and had never had that problem, until last night. I was sipping water all throughout my workout and made sure I was properly hydrated before and after. But I am afraid of over-eating... and gaining weight.

I try to spread them out through the day, but then I feel like I just sit at my desk grazing all day... at least it's fruit and veg. And I drink 2-3 full Nalgene bottles a day.
