Well you cannot spot reduce fat, you have to lose it from all around, so regardless of what workouts you do, all that matters is your caloric deficit

Regardless of what you eat when you eat it, for weight loss it all boils down to wether you're in a caloric deficit or not. Google to find your TDEE then subtract 500cals per cay from that number and you should lose a pound a week, subtract lore and you'll lose more. There's no need to guess, especially when there's apps…

Hey I'm confused, why not count total carbs instead of tracking sugar? What would it matter how much sugar you had if it were already being controlled in carb count (unless diabetic)

These are good but I thought they'd be better. I'd choose the strawberry cheesecake, apple pie or coconut cashew over this flavor, but I still enjoy it.

Hcg does not help with weight loss. The HCG diet has people eat total 500 calories, that's what drops the weight.

so how did u calculate ur TDEE? Or did you not? If not howd you decide on the number of cals u eat? You do realize that TDEE calorie number is With exercise included, so when you decide to not work out it changes your TDEE and you have to recalculate with no exercise included.

I have this issue, I'm just not a drinker even when not dieting and it often ostracizes me. If I need to drink in order to not be anti social ill go for a shot of vodka or a ultra light beer, both clock in at around 60-70cal per serving
