  • 6th day into the challenge and my back is KILLING me on sit-ups. I can do everything else, but can't get through the sit-ups. I can do about 1/2 before my back really starts to hurt. I use an exercise ball for the crunches and I add in love handle crunches as well.
  • Well since I am behind the group, I decided not to take a rest day! Sad news for me though...my back is hurting so bad, I could only get 26 of my 30 sit-ups :( ! I did complete everything else and have added side crunches in on both sides to help with the love handles! Will try again tomorrow.
  • Completed today's challenge of 25 situps, 10 leg raises, 10 crunches and 15s planks! Did 20 setups (to exhaustion) then the rest and finished up with the last 5 situp!
  • Started late so I am doing 30 days from today! Did my day 1 reps! A bit harder than expected, but I pulled through!
