I noticed that some stores do sell the individual packets. This is a good idea... I'll go rifle through the trader joe's isles or something. I do want them for meal replacements and supplements. I prefer the term "modified" because I've seen grown men incapable of doing "manly" push ups and my 15 year old sister beast out 50... I like to mix them and add more non-modified as I get stronger....

The better, more developed your muscles are, the more efficient your cardio is. So, to answer your question, yes. Muscle aids in weightloss. I do weights maybe once a week or so, or some kind of weight bearing activity. If you're a member at a gym I highly recommend a step aerobics class! They do lots of cardio and weights!

I'm ALWAYS hella under calories. Always. And I giggle every time it says "In five weeks you'll be _____" BUT eat more because you won't lose weight. Recockulous.

I can run a mile on a treadmill without wanting to die. I can wear clothes from 2 years ago. I can take pictures and not feel like my face is FAT. I can do more push ups now that I'm not so heavy. I can NOT see my stomach from under my boobs.
