hi i joined in March and have lost 10 pounds and about 10 inches. this site is helpful for sure...having others going through the same struggle from day to day keeps me motivated...i want to make them proud of me even though i don't know them only on mfp...I will send a friend request...Good luck on your journey!

usually if i feel like having something i have it and just add it in my diary. when i have reached my calorie limit for the day thats it...You cannot deprive yourself all the time...I you want something have it just in moderation..

I use just dance 2 everyday...I go into the intense program which sets a goal of 2000 sweat points per day and 14000 sweat points for the week....I use some of the moves they do but most of the time I use my own moves your points add up as you move and when you reach 2000 it tells you that you have reached your daily goal…
