  • I make a lemon pudding with it. Put a whole block of tofu in food processor. Add juice and zest of one lemon. Add some agave nectar or honey to taste. Put in fridge to set. Grate dark chocolate over the top. Delicious and healthy.
  • Makes sense to look at it for a whole day. Only been doing this for a week so still getting used to it. Thanks.

  • I have been having green smoothie's. This usually includes Kale cucumber and orange with a bit of water. If you need to make it more filling you could add 0% fat greek yougurt. Tastes better than it sounds, promise.
  • Thanks for that. I think I was trying to stick to my plan too rigidly instead of listening to my body and eating something healthy if I need to.

  • To put things into perspective your brain alone needs 500 calories daily. I would check the nutritionists credentials. This is a starvation diet and not something you should consider. That is if you would find it even possible to keep up.
  • thanks for your replies. definitely going to try the kale chips.
  • I heard that if you have more protein then it is eliminated by the body. I just wonder how this impacts on calorie intake and weight gain. If anyone knows I would love to know.
