  • Gee, who to listen to here? If I do a little investigation, sometimes easy here and sometimes not but I conclude that: The eater backers more often than not have a profile with some of their pics, either before, after or current. I hardly see any of the 1200 calorie group with them despite some being on this site for 1-3…
  • despite all the broscience here concerning sodium......... that can also be an issue. I've never monitored my intake but I certainly know when I am low. If you notice, sodium intake is blamed for quite a lot here on MFP.
  • thyroid. PCOS Those are my two first guesses.

  • Some people are so miserable in their own ridiculous pathetic ridiculous little lives they have to try and knock everyone else down. Please ignore it. Yes, some people around here are offended by every single little word in the human dictionary and push the "report" button. Probably the same people .....
  • Perhaps you might feel differently IF it took countless regular so called doctors to diagnose something for you. I worked in Big Pharma, know ALL about that industry. Slap a bandaid on it via a prescription instead of dealing with the problem itself. I made loads of money though.
  • Lyle McDondald is one of the best in this industry ~ Starvation mode is a myth as an overall blanket statement. Metabolic slowdown is however VERY real. Hardly ever becomes permanent but in some cases it CAN and DOES. For HEALTHY people with no other issues. I double-dog dare you to register at his forum and dispute…
  • I want to see fat rolls too. Are YOU seeing the same picture we are seeing? Apparently not.
  • Girl, look at yourself in the mirror every single day and tell yourself that you are awesome. Embrace the successes, no matter how small.
  • ahhhhhhhh Living proof that not ALL women are , well, you know the word. Awesome! I get the reverse. They can't pick on my body so they just say stuff like "she doesn't have a very pretty face but she has a body to die for". I laugh.
  • LOL. I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and eat. Generally just on days I lifted really heavy and did more sets and reps than I should have.
  • I saw one of these in the gym yesterday. While I wouldn't say she had a "big fat belly" I would say it was much larger compared to her overall shape. She was lanky and scrawny skinny, like legs the size of my arms. Yet she had a belly, round that was very noticeable. Her shoulders were as bony as could be and I wondered…
  • Study after study says this: People underestimate their calories by 50% People overestimate their activity by 50% From Lyle McDonald at BodyRecomposition.com Get a scale and measure. :)
  • Firstly, starting any relationship while you are in another one will always lead to these issues. You can ten-fold that when one of you decides to get healthy and care about how you look.
  • I can say that when I was diagnosed with celiac and immediately cut out wheat, processed foods etc that my calorie intake was between 900-1200 a day, not intentional at all and I had no clue until doc asked me to log. Did I lose weight initially? Yes. Considering the amount of exercise I get I should have been a twig after…
  • Magnesium nightly in the form of Natural Calm.
  • If the sugar is from fruit, I wouldn't worry about it. I eat 4-6 fruits a day (sometimes way more) and it isn't a problem. I know there are many who avoid fruit like the plague but there is no reason to do so. What I don't eat is stuff like cakes, candy, soda etc. That is the sugar you need to watch out for.
  • Personally I would switch it up to 3 full body lifting days and use the other days for abs and cardio if you wish. Just my opinion.
  • so this. don't sweat it.
  • I calorie cycle. I carb cycle. All good. It works for me. I don't do it so I can binge eat. I do it based on my workouts and days off. Lyle McDonald talks about this stuff a lot and the psychological aspects of dieting. People on a diet might cave and have a few cookies then feel guilty so they eat the entire package of…
  • I fully support this message. :)
  • Happiness!!!! I took on a minimalist lifestyle for this very reason. I got rid of all debt, sold my house and moved to the beach. I don't earn a ton of money but I earn enough for my kids and I to live with what we need. I don't need fancy clothes, I am always in a swimming suit or workout clothes. I own a few going out…
  • I toast coconut flakes in the toaster oven and add almond milk. That is my cereal.
  • how exciting is this? You are looking fantastic!
  • Sorry but this is not normal. I agree with the probiotics and digestive enzymes but this really could be a food intolerance. I eat a ton of food at a sitting and never have this issue anymore unless I get glutened. I am celiac, diagnosed 8 years ago. The only dairy I can tolerate is cottage cheese.
  • looks like completely normal office behavior to me.
  • morning ladies! Skratchie - I think that is normal. :) Cheaters get what they have coming to them sooner or later. I hate dating, hate it. Then I met a guy who's son plays baseball in the same league with my kids and we were talking for a few weeks. He is a single dad. I respect that a lot considering my ex is a useless…
  • You need 75% bare skin to soak in the natural Vitamin D. (Vitamin D is also one of those vitamins that can hinder weight loss if you are deficient)
