Why do you feel guilty when you eat something that is delucious? Everything in moderation.
-
Why do you say this?
-
Yep.

So, your doctor diagnosed you with IBS. Did he/she refer you to a dietitian to help you with a low FODMAP elimination diet? Just figuring out trigger foods and either minimizing them or avoiding them helps lessen the severity of bloating symptoms. I had similar problems, was diagnosed with IBS, and found out through the…

Of course it does. ;) Don't let that stop you from choosing one method (with OR without clothes) for weighing.

Why? You are reading into her look. I had someone at the gym give me a strange look the other day, but I guarantee that it all about her and nothing about me.
-
Nah, that's silly. ;)
-
That's how you are interpreting her look, when it was most likely not at all about you. ;)

Trying to lose 1 pound per week under the OP's circumstances is too aggressive. :)
-
Oh my goodness, you are so tiny! :) The only jump start I know of is to start eating at a calorie deficit and be patient. You need to set your goal to lose a half pound a week. At your size, you will not lose weight as quickly as you would like to.

Actually, muscle gain is intentional done under intentional circumstances, and it's very difficult for women to gain muscle. Also, muscle does not literally weigh more than fat, it just takes up less space because it's more dense. In other words, if she were working toward muscle gain, the results would be a smaller body…

No, this is not how weight loss works.

Fasting has nothing to do with weight loss, it's just a style of eating that is sustainable for some people.

You're not overweight and you want to lose 10 pounds before your wedding in May? Were you underweight before you gained ten pounds? Bottom line: you won't lose 10 pounds by May, and if you do you will probably be too sick to attend your wedding. Go to your wedding, have a great time, and don't worry about that ten pounds.

What are your stats? How much are you trying to lose? If you are not losing weight, you are not eating at a calorie deficit. You don't have to give up anything to lose weight, you just need to consume less calories than you burn. I gained 30 pounds over a five year period running three times a week, so going to the gym and…

I had to edit because I thought you were losing a pound a week now, but it sounds like you were losing faster than intended. Could your tiredness have to do with your heart issue?
-
Yep.

Congrats on your 22 pounds lost! I had to edit because I misunderstood. I see you have your settings at 1 pound per week, but it sounds like you are losing faster than you had intended. Yes, I would increase your activity level and/or calorie intake. Eat your exercise calories back as well.

Welcome, Wesley! You can do this!!!!

As to the link: there is no reason to detox at all, your body does this all by itself.

Hi Tracy, I use food! I just eat less of it than I did when I was slowly piling the pounds on. Shakeoloy doesn't work unless you eat at a calorie deficit, so why not just shake it off and buy real food that you can share with your family?
-
Time consuming? For me, it's less than a few minutes either the night before or the morning of. That's not time at all. :) Do what works for you.
-
Oops, missed this part before I answered. :)

Do you mean you're trying to help your new man lose weight and you want to know if weight loss can be done without veggies? Or, you want to not eat vegetables because he doesn't? Those things asked (without judgment :)), the only thing required for weight loss is a calorie deficit. What you eat is preference only. Also, if…

Run for your life! They just want your money. There is no special diet you need to lose weight, as any diet will work if you eat at a calorie deficit and no will work if you don't.
-
Give an example of this, please. Because, the only way to lose weight is to eat at a calorie deficit. ;)
-
Not if you're not already losing weight. Increasing calories is never the answer if you're not losing weight.
-
Yep, this too. :)

@@lclarkewalker, don't trade in your good home cooking for packaged meals. Your family will probably be very mad at you, and you will be mad at yourself. All you need is portion control. :)
