  • This is called a plateau. There are a couple of theories on how to adjust this. You could adjust your calories so you eat 1300 one day and maybe 1100 another. OR (and this is my preference) you can step up the work out routine. Throw something else in there... make it a bit more challenging. The scale will move after that.
  • If you're 800 calories under your goal each day, I would hazard a guess that you aren't taking in enough calories to allow your body to burn the excess calories. If you're not eating that additional 800, your body will keep hoarding what you give it. I recommend eating at least 600 of that 800 calorie deficit and stepping…
  • I buy the crystal light that you mix in a pitcher. One of the little tubs makes 64 oz. If it's a flavor I like, I'm more likely to drink the whole thing.
  • @bethrs Wow, that oatmeal sounds really good! I might have to try that tomorrow!!
  • Biggest Loser workouts are best classified under circuit. Do a search for that in the database. :)
  • See if you can go all reduced fat for the pb. And try splenda instead of sugar. What baking I have done with it, I like. I never notice a difference.
  • My favorite low calorie breakfasts are: 2 eggs, 2 pieces of Aunt Millie's light whole wheat bread (the Fiber for Life kind), and 2 cups of skim milk. It comes out to about 425 calories. I also like to eat 1 c of multigrain cheerios with 1/2 c of skim milk. You can pair it with just about any fruit you'd like since with the…
  • My kids are 2 and 6 months old. It's been so cold lately that I don't feel comfortable taking them outside for an extended period of time. When it's warm, I don't mind putting them in a stroller and walking around my tiny town. :) I have been given small exercises to keep my back where it's supposed to be. "Clams" and I'm…
  • I have Last Chance too and I love it! I'm actually combining it with Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga. To input your calories, look up "circuit". The only option that comes up is some kind of general circuit training. I'm still looking for actual calories burned, but this will do for now. If you're interested, the yoga burns…
  • I'm in the same boat, only I need to eat 660! It's 9:30 and I'm really not that hungry, I probably won't eat. I was so active today that I burned a lot of calories. Tomorrow will be more sedentary for me because of school, so it'll end up evening out.
