Last Chance Workout

Anyone use this DVD? I started it 2 days ago after trying out Jillians 30 day Shred, and Biggest Loser Bootcamp. I like all the DVD's but I think I'll be sticking with the Last Chance workout. I like how you change things up.
How would one go about figuring out how many calories I've burned doing the DVD? I want to be accurate while entering them into my diary.

    The only way to be close to accurate is through a heart rate monitor!

    I have Last Chance too and I love it! I'm actually combining it with Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga.

    To input your calories, look up "circuit". The only option that comes up is some kind of general circuit training. I'm still looking for actual calories burned, but this will do for now.

    If you're interested, the yoga burns 300/hr. :)
