i watch calories lift and box on and off trying to find a new coach so as of now i think i lack on cardio so i think i need to pick up more cardio like i started doing just like i would get while at my old gym i think that is the issue in my situation idk thank u all

Nice almost there DEPick keep at it !! And slightly and weight loss is good I believe better to get it out your body than in and so long well 5 days ago I was 3 lbs heavier I believe then lost those 3lbs and I dont think I can ever starve myself I love food to much lol

I think I am going to buy those watches that counts calories because for boxing every app shows different numbers

Like for example my goal is 1460 food intake for the day was 1690 and I burned Over 1000 calories today and then -19 net what ever that means.
