turkey burgers are so yummy. I usually have one when im craving burgers. I agree with above. 100 cal packs are great when you want something sweet.

I also eat at scheduled times. breakfast at 7 snack 1030 lunch 12 snack at 230 or 3 dinner at 6. I try not to eat after7

I do oatmeal or hard boiled egg whites with 1/2 cup of fresh berries. I just recently found some good high in fiber breakfast recipes on eatingwell.com. I usually get my dinner recipes from there and have had good luck so far. I'm sure their breakfast recipes are just as good.

if you go to eatingwell.com they have lots of great recipes and very few require eggs. they also give all the nutritional info on each recipe.

I am doing her 30 day shed video! I have to say it is also very difficult. I have never sweat so much during one workout session.
