  • aerobic exercise and then get a pedometer that does calorie burn count.........it will count the amount of calories you burn each session.
  • it pushes it in the crevice left by the fat loss... and yes i use them.. and the work wonderfully if you buy the right one and right size.... i would go try on several different ones and find the one that fits you the best and is going to be comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

  • as some who has been a soldier, do not tell meps, that will disqualify you. After you actually get into basic go to sick call and tell they you noticed this... you should get a profile and inhaler. GOOD LUCK!!
  • i keep the food diary open 24/7 it helps me keep track of what i'm doing and how i'm eating.
  • i dunno I just know we have stopped buy soda and well i lost 3 pounds really fast. so maybe there is some truth to it. I only get soda when we eat out now, and that has become few and far between.
  • i wouldn't do any exercise or stretching until you go see a physician that can make the possible fracture that you have worse.

  • i agree with the soldier, I say rank but I can't see ti sorry sir. I saw alot of people in basic and ait complain of the same thing, they ended up having a compleate fracture of the illiac or ishium crests or stress fractures in the same regions. got to doc asap the longer you wait the more it's gonna hurt. and don't take…

  • its sichuan...i took chinese classes and I'm guessing if you got it here in america its probably about 1000-2000 calories
  • get some slimfast snack bars, special k waters..it will keep you snacking but not consuming tons of junk food. :flowerforyou:
